1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Clue Catch at cluecatch.com (“Clue Catch”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using Clue Catch

Clue Catch is a free tool for practising observation: studying generated pictures and answering questions about them. You may use it for your own practice and for teaching. Please don't:

• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its API;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or resell it or its content;
• use it in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.

We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time.

3. Privacy

You can practise without an account. The long look deck needs you to sign in with Google. What Clue Catch keeps, and why, is set out in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

4. Content

The site's design, text, code and generated pictures belong to Clue Catch. People, names and businesses in the pictures are made up.

5. What it is, and isn't

Clue Catch is general observation practice. Scores are for your own interest. We don't claim that using it prepares you for any particular test, exam or job, or that it improves memory or any other ability beyond the practice itself.

6. No warranty

Clue Catch is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that your progress will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Clue Catch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
